Sometimes a NEW user who already has a main Civic Review account but has not been added to the inspections app will attempt to visit the inspections app. They login using their Civic Review credentials, and then see this screen:
They usually request to join an organization. This is great, except if the new user logged in with the wrong login info (or wrong email address).
This is problematic because the inspection app remembers who they are for a very long time - thus showing them this screen forever. This often results in a user repeatedly visiting this screen and asking to join an organization.
What they need to do is log out completely and log back in.
Send them this screenshot, and ask them to click on the “Cancel and Logout” link at the bottom:
This should then allow them to sign in with the email associated with their Civic Review account.
