Have you ever been reviewing a renewal of a license, and the applicant was supposed to submit a new version of a certificate, but they didn't? Now you have to go through all the work of communicating with the applicant to track down a new version of their restaurant menu, or health department approval. Such a hassle.
The renewal questionnaire is a feature you can use to ensure that during renewals, applicants will submit a new version of something that tends to expire. It is found in the form settings here:
Here you can add fields just like you would in the regular application.
These file uploads or questions will only show up during the renewal process, and the applicant will be required to complete each question before they can move on.
