If you're reading this article, it's probably because you are a new user of Civic Review. An invite link was sent to you but maybe you can't find the link because it was a while ago. It happens to us all. Don't worry, there is an easy way to work around this!
As soon as an Admin adds your email as a user in Civic Review it creates an account for you and sends you an email with an activation link. This link will take them to the Civic Review login page and prompt you to create a password and activate your account. The tricky part is, this invite link can't be re-sent. Along with the inability to resend the link, after a certain number of days, the link "expires."
So what should you do if this happens to you?
Step 1:
Go to app.civicreview.com
Step 2:
Click "forgot password"
Step 3:
Input your work email, or the email that was used to create your Civic Review account; and follow the steps to create a new password for your account.
Step 4:
Once you've created a "new" password, you can go to the login page above and input your email as your username and your new password in order to activate and access your new Civic Review account.
