It's time to pull another transaction report. You may have questions like, "Where do I get a transaction report in Civic Review?" "How do I filter it down to what I need?" "How do I export this report once I have it?"

These are all great questions. This article will give you an overview of the entire transactions page, along with detailed steps on how to pull the report you are looking for.

The first thing you need to do is find the Transactions page in Civic Review. You'll find it in the menu on the left side, towards the bottom.

Once you find the transactions page, you'll need to select the date range for your report.

Let's say I want to pull a report for the month of April. I'm going to enter the dates April 1st - April 30th. I would select the dates, and click "list transactions."

Now you need to decide what type of report you want to pull. There is a cash receipting option, a code summary, or a full transactions report.

A code summary will look like this, once exported into Excel.

Cash Receipting will allow you to select payments taken by specific users.

The full transaction report will include information like permit number, transaction ID, specific permit information, and all the payment details. Here is a small sample of a transaction report.

Now you know everything there is to know about transaction reports. Good luck!
