Has there been a change on your team that requires an update to the signatures on your certificates? The good news is that this is an easy update to make!
Step-by-Step Procedure
Follow these steps to successfully replace an existing signature image on a certificate template:
1. Access the Template
Navigate to and access the certificate template under the relevant permit type.

Select the specific template you wish to update.
2. Delete the Old Signature
Once you are inside the certificate template editor, locate the existing signature image. Click the red X to delete the current signature from the template.
3. Upload the New Signature
Scroll down in the editor until you find the option for "Image" on the left-hand side menu.
βClick "Image" to open the image selection box on the certificate template screen.
Select "upload new image" to add the new signature file. Note: This option is used even if other images have been previously uploaded to other templates.
4. Position the New Signature
After the new signature image has been uploaded, position it in the correct location on the page.
Option A (Drag and Drop): Drag the image to the desired spot. You can do this by holding the blue icon in the top-left corner of the image box.
Option B (Coordinates): Use the "pin" icon (the second icon from the left on the image box) to manually enter the precise destination coordinates on the page.
