Exporting a List of Preformed Inspections

For information related to the building inspections your department is preforming, export a list of preformed inspections.

Did you know you can easily pull inspection reports from the Inspections App? This guide will walk you through the simple steps.

Step 1: Open Inspections App

In order to access the report, you'll have to be in the inspections app. So the first thing you need to do is open that.

Step 2: Click on the Settings

Once you are in the inspections app, you'll need to access the settings. This can be found on the left side of the screen if you are on a computer. If you are on a phone or tablet, it will be found at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3: Click Export Inspections

You should see "export inspections" in the list. Go ahead and click on that.

Step 4: Select Your date Range

Now you need to decide the date range of inspections you want to pull. Enter the appropriate dates.

Step 5: Export

At this point, your report is ready. Just click the blue "export" button beneath the dates. At this point, you can open your report or move it to your preferred platform to view reports. (Google Sheets, excel, etc.)
